Frequently Asked Questions

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session will be a low demand, getting to know you session. If there is a specific topic you want to cover, or need help with, that can be done. If you just want to build confidence by practicing what you already know, that is fine too. If the thought of doing any work seems a bit much to start with, we have lots of relaxed games we can play instead!

How many sessions do I need?

This really depends on the individual child. Some children have multiple sessions a week, long term, and some only have sessions on a temporary basis, for example in the lead up to exams. It is really up to you how long you want to continue tuition for.

Do I have to commit to a certain number of sessions?

Your first session is a one off trial. After that, if you're happy to continue, you will receive a contract, and regular sessions will commence.
